A sanctuary of pampering! Such exceptionally refined service in a wonderfully clean environment! It is worth mentioning too for those of us who require them, that they even have a disability friendly restroom. A great standard that should be adhered to by all in the industry where possible. Divine coffee also! Five stars all the way!

Always so professional and friendly. Salon is gorgeous and all the girls are beautifully groomed and and so knowledgable. Never had a bad experience in fact I try to make reasons to go more often. Love it.

I love my experience at Elm, very professional. I’ve been searching for a hairdresser for a while and need look no further. I love the way Chloe cuts and colours my hair. Friendly staff that work hard and are punctual with appointments. Very conscientious considering the Covid regulations. Feel they go above and beyond. A beautiful large salon. I’m a client for life! Couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you !

Always love my visits to Elm. The entire team are a delight, extremely professional and I have always walked out 100% happy. I also had one of the best hot chocolates I have ever had! Thanks team.
