As a new client, I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Both Kate and Chloe who looked after me were friendly, knowledgeable and all round gorgeous girls. Very happy with the service they delivered and suggestions they made for the following appointment. The salon is just beautiful and a very relaxing environment. Products recommended by Laura have been lovely and well chosen for my hair type. Thanks girls

I continue to use Elm, because the staff are friendly and attentive. they take time to listen and to be interested in me as a person. They also take care to accommodate my preferences, and give very professional advice in colour and style. My stylist is skilful and I am usually very happy with my cut and colour. Even when in the past, there have been slight hiccups, they have been rectified and I have been happy with the result.

I was particular about how I wanted my hair (first time at this salon and in town for a wedding) and the hair dresser nailed it. Nice big and clean salon. Highly recommend!

Great advice when changing my hair colour. Even when I didn't really know what I wanted, these girls did and I love the change. Always friendly, professional and fabulous. Highly recommended.

As a regular client, I am so happy with my colour and cuts that I drive all the way from Melbourne each time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ever since my first visit there many years ago, I have felt confident that they provide professional and up to date advice. They serve good coffee too.
