Maddy is an absolute delight! So friendly and easy to chatter with she always puts me at ease. I've also never been happier with my hair! You can tell she is very experienced & knowledgeable, the way she listens, understands and confidently makes suggestions, and the result is always fab! Love the fact that this salon is so passionate about recycling and using sustainable products too. Customer service is always spot on - no trouble rescheduling appointments after lockdowns & they always make contact/make announcements very promptly.
