Michaela’s service was exceptional as always. I’m concerned by the level of pain and discomfort that I experience each visit since the new basin’s were installed. The experience actually causes pain in my neck and shoulders. It’s actually a bit of a deal breaker as the wash off is supposed to be relaxing and even with Michaela’s awesome technique, the basin is seriously unpleasant.
