I love Ann and the girls from Soho Wax Lounge, you are always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The service, cleanliness, attention to detail - is the best I have received, hence my reason for returning again and again. Thank you Soho.

I would hardly describe a Brazillian & full leg wax as a pleasurable experience( especially at 8.30 am ) however Ann's personality is always bubbly & makes the situation relaxing so that time seems to disappear.

I think a refresher wipe should be provided prior to wax. I felt very rushed at my treatment, I was literally in and out, including payment time, within 10 minutes. This is standard every time I visit and I think you rush clients too much. This last wax was not a great job with many hairs left. Disappointing.
