Hi, I've been a long time customer and have referred many family and friends to the salon. I've always found the service to be without fault and the products have matched. At my last visit I noticed you had changed your wax. It was obvious as it was more painful than usual, did not come off smoothly and clearly didn't pick up short hairs as by 3 days after my visit, hair growth was noticed. Another indicator the wax had changed was, it kept breaking when being ripped off. This meant the wax had to applied a few times which isn't great for sensitive skin.
