I had a facial today with Susan and it was outstanding. Probably one of the best facials I've had in a long time. She was professional, caring and provided a great skin analysis. I would also to make note that I had a facial with the new girl (Simone) a few weeks ago (maybe 2 months) and it was a completely different experience. It was the same facial I had booked and the same cost and she gave no massage, left me in the room for up to 10 mins with a mask on and it was also under the hour. I was also provided with products which were not suited to my skin and made me break out. Hence why I came back to see Susan who I had a positive experience with in the past. This was really disappointing as I have been coming to this salon for the last 10 years and I've always had high quality, luxury treatments there and this was not. However, overall I was very satisfied with this facial and will be returning but only to see Susan.
