I was a little nervous at first, but Marissa was very professional and re-assuring. I have VERY reactive skin. I had sugaring done to remove facial hair. My skin immediately began to turn red and go lumpy and felt like it was burning. Marissa placed a cooling mask on me first and then when she removed that she gave me an icepack to apply to the affected area. Within a short time the burning sensation began to ease. My face looked red but beautifully hair free. I was very happy with her handling of my issues. I went home and continued with ice-packs until it calmed down. There were no further issues. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you Marissa for listening to me and doing everything possible to make me comfortable. I have booked another appointment and will continue to see Marissa for this treatment.
