It's a shame when your salon has signs in the massage and facial rooms to please be quiet and other clients don't respect that. May be the salon needs bigger signs up in the treatment rooms to be quiet. As a client attending this salon for over 20 years and various changes of ownership (all for positive reasons), I would like to have peace and quiet from other clientele when I have my regular treatments. It is very off putting trying to relax when someone else is talking in a cubicle beside you. The staff at SABI are absolutely lovely and are extremely good at what they do best. Delivering relaxing massages, invigorating facials, sugaring etc. I just wish other clients who are booked in for treatments would remain silent when you are trying to relax and enjoy your treatment experience.

Massage and facial were very good. I did not like the steam on my face as I had difficulties breathing. It would be good to have a different way of doing this.

It is wonderful to have Sally back- she epitomises what I feel SABI used to be and should be- Quietly spoken , gentle yet very professional in manner. She has brought back what has been lacking somewhat- she develops a rapport/ relationship with the client. Thank you Sally

The reason for the 5 how likely are you to refer us- is that beauty is a very personal preference and we chose salons for differing reasons I would hesitate to suggest any salon to a friend or relative regardless of which salon it may be- not reflection on SABI
