22/9/15 I made a booking to have myeyelashes tinted this afternoon. I was concerned as I work the other side of Cairns that I could not make the appointment before 4.30. The lass who answered the phone was very helpful & changed a few appointments around so I could attend at 4.30. I found Kimberley (I think was her name) very gentle & did a great job. I also do some beauty being a retired hairdresser & was very impressed with her attention to detail. I am attending a funeral tomorrow & it was lovely to have the arm massage & special attention. I must admit, a few months ago I had a bikini wax which I was not impressed. The lass used some strong block wax & it left an unsightly red rash & I thought was more brutal than necessary. Normally strip waxes is all that is necessary for that area. I am planning to book a facial in the near future. Overall, I've always been impressed with this beauty salon & it is the one I will book at Smithfield. :) Gayle
