I was told that my focal epilepsy excluded me from receiving the laser treatment despite me telling the young teenager I am an Intendive Care nurse and my seizures (last one 10yrs ago) are not triggered by flicking lights. I was told that the light would give me a seizure which it would not. I spent $360 on some damn creams I don't want now then to find a statement from the epilepsy foundation saying if my seizures are not exacerbated by lights I can have the process. It also says I should makes an official complaint to the Equality and human rights commission which I will do in the morning, demand my money back, and go to a reputable and other clinic.

A few things to feedback to improve for future clients I am a new client to your salon and wasn't giving a new client form to fill out I had never had a tan at your salon and nothing was explained to me and I had to ask questions about the service, the colour I was getting, weather it was a light, med or dark tan being applied and when I needed to rinse it. No at home care was provided. As I have worked in salon and am experience in tanning, I felt uneasy with the application as I felt like I had to ask for certain areas to be tanned so they weren't missed. Overall I was happy with my experience but as a new client I felt more care could have been showed to put my mind at ease, if I was client that had never had a tan before I wouldn't have felt as ease about my experience.

I was greeted with a smile which is always great, the skincare consultant I met with was helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again and am looking forward to seeing the results from the DMK range
