The staff at the salon are wonderful. My apologies for forgetting the name of the lovely girl who did my IPL(it has just gone straight out of my head at moment), but it was the best experience I have ever had. I felt completely comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless and she was absolutely professional but most importantly bright and very personable. Having a Brazillian IPL can make one feel a little anxious and from past experience I had decided to not continue these procedures UNTIL I walked into Dragonfly at Smithfield. Whilst all the staff were excellent my therapist was the most outstanding. Congratulations. I have been telling everyone and convinced my partner to attend this clinic as well. Awesome!!!!

I have been going to Amanda for years now. She is always professional and keeps up to date with all the new beauty products and services. I always recommend Dragonfly to my family/friends & I send my guests from our holiday business as well. Everyone is always happy with their experience at Dragonfly.
