Allysha was a great masseuse, i really appreciated her attention to my problem back areas. Unfortunately my massage experience was very loud as the other girls were laughing loudly chatting and banging doors in other areas, it made it hard to concentrate on the nice experience.

I have been coming to dragonfly for years now. While I am not a regular big spending customer, it was disappointing that I had no reward points attached to my name/ account. Surely they don't expire ...that is very disappointing if they do.

Lovely treatment. A little disappointing that I was called to change my time to a later time and then had to wait 20mins extra for my session.

I am so very sorry for the wait, we hope you enjoyed the service and tea and coffee whilst you waited , regretfully the client prior to you was also running a tad behind which caused the day to get a little hectic, sometimes we try our best to catch up but when clients run late we do try to keep everyone happy . I would love to offer you a free EBW or 50 % off your next express facial to compensate . My deepest aplogies.

Emma was lovely and very professional. The room was just a little dirty (floors) and the sheets/bedding stained.
