To complete a fabulous pampering experience, a reasonable head massage should be standard practice when washing your hair. This does not always happen when they are busy. It is a beautiful environment to relax and be a little bit spoiled.

I’m glad Julia is back. Have received outstanding service from other hairdresser in her absence (Callum). After Callum left Eugene cut my son’s hair and I decided not to take him to the salon anymore. Julia is great, professional and friendly- I’ll be back to see her.

I love that you have a mobile free policy in the washing station - occasionally clients overlook this so this is not a negative about the salon but a gentle reminder to clients to be considerate of others

IT IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO ATTEND THIS LUXURIOUS SALON, FROM THE MOMENT ONE WALKS IN THE DOOR AND IS GREETED BY THE LOVELY SUZY, THEN IMMEDIATELY TAKEN TO THE WASHBASIN TO BE SHAMPOOED AND PAMPERED BY FRIENDLY STAFF. THEN ON TO MY AMAZING HAIR STYLIST ALBERTO WHO TAKES HIS TIME TO ENSURE A PERFECT CUT AND STYLE. UNLIKE OTHER PREVIOUS SALONS I HAVE ATTENDED, THERE ARE NEVER ANY DELAYS AND I LOVE TGE AMBIENCE.
