I first met Cara when suffering from awful stress related acne which had me feeling self conscious and in turn created even more stress. After a thorough assessment I started a 12 week Skin Revision program which even by week 6 had completely transformed my skin. I’ve got a few weeks to go and I’m really excited by the results. Cara has supported me though every step and is full of knowledge from the professional treatments to at home skin care to gut health and is a genuinely lovely human. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to improve their skin.
