Whilst I would recommend the salon 2 my friends I commented after my last appointment that I really have a problem with the name of the salon. It is cumbersome, non memorable + has no meaning. Very disappointing. You need a smart recognizable short name to draw the customer. I may well take my business elsewhere because of the name. Karlie is a fine hairdresser + this comment is not connected with her in any way,rather directed to the new owner!

Hi Jenny. I don't think there's any need for you to keep posting negative comments about me or the name of the salon when you enjoy your visits so much. I'm so glad you enjoy Karley as your stylist, I have so much faith in her not only as a stylist but also as our salon manager.
