Overall my hair was done pretty well but an unprofessional blonde patch was left on the side of my head, the purple dye on the top was only really awkwardly applied at the back and spots were completely missed simply shaving the back and sides (left temple and back of neck).

New hairdresser zoomed through my washing treatment,not pampered at all. My blowdry was really sub standard one side not the same add the other. Done by a younger girl. The inconsistency kills this business. I wish i had the balls to say it then and there. Please try and fix this.

I had a colour and blow dry earlier this year and when I got home I had hair dye down the back of my new cardigan. Then prior to Christmas I thought I would get a wash and blow dry, I had the same girl, who burnt my head.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews, however, there were so many thing that could should have been done better, especially considering I paid $420 for my daughter’s hair cut and colour! 1. When the price of service is going to be significantly higher than what the client is quoted at the time they make their online appointment, (you obviously must have a record of your website bookings), you should communicate this to the client BEFORE you begin services. Give them the opportunity to decide if they would like to proceed! It is rude and unethical to say it’s going to be $200, and then spring $420 on them when they are leaving! 2. I recognise I sound extremely harsh, however, I wanted to tell you that your salon and staff is not welcoming or hospitable at all! The staff appeared to be flustered, distracted and disengaged. 3. Finally, you cannot expect me to believe for one moment that the way you bleached my daughter’s hair was appropriate, or even safe? YOU DO NOT LEAVE SOMEONE UNATTENDED, WITHOUT A TIMER, HEAD COVERED IN HIGH VOLUME BLEACH! Not to mention, you all then forget she is there, (until she had to go find someone and ask for help because it was actually burning her skin and she could no longer sit still!) Anyway, I recognise I sound hostile, but, after leaving your salon and reflecting on the entire experience, and the astronomical amount of money I had to pay, (for a rather average outcome), I really felt I needed to be honest with my feedback.
