I loved the deluxe manicure session and the therapist who served me was wonderful. I then asked if I could please add on a deluxe pedicure which was not a drama. The next therapist who served me was ok but I felt like she was upset or something as the service was very so so. Whilst trimming my cuticles on my toenails she pressed too hard and it hurt. I have also received a deluxe pedicure from other Ella Bache's (Cairns and Springfield) before and it includes a foot massage but my feet were not touched. I still have thick skin on my heels as they were not attended to as much as they should of been. The lights were also very bright when I wanted to sit back and relax and the music changed half way through the session to top 50 hits which made the mode less relaxing. I am aware this is not Ella Bache Fortitude Valleys fault but I received a nasty note from management on my car saying I had been parked in the customer parking too long. I think Emporium Fortitude Valley needs to be informed that some customer's appointments are longer than 2 hours. Overall I did enjoy experience with my therapist with my deluxe manicure but the deluxe pedicure session was a let down unfortunately. I think more attention to details and comfort would of made the pedicure more enjoyable as this was the case with the deluxe pedicure
