Hiya I've visited other Ella Baché salons and had a great experience. My appointment today just didn't live up to the standard! I felt like the whole session was about me buying products. It was also under an hour, hence the value for money rating. My consultant didn't read my new client form prior to the treatment, so asked all the questions on there again, further reducing the time of the treatment. She treated me like I have no idea what to do with my skin and assumed I don't take care of it, rather than asking what I already do in my regime. Just a really disappointing experience.

Went for a g-string wax and only received a bikini wax. I usually go to Ella Baché at Brookside and they always offer to wax behind as well. I didn't feel comfortable to saying something in the moment as I didn't want to make the therapist uncomfortable. It would be great if there were similar treatment offerings across salons, or they at least advise customers that there is a difference.

I got home and found multiple patches of hair that hadn’t been waxed… a bit disappointing especially considering she had to leave half way through to get more wax

Tan quality was really poor - was streaky, faded fast and did not settle as well as they usually do.

A nice environment and the therapist was pleasant however I didn't feel that she had been trained in massage technique and rhythm. I didn't have any facial treatments so cant comment on that.

Usually they use a warm towel to wipe out the oil after each section is finished but she used one throughout the full hour session which after 2nd use it was a very unpleasant and rough touch to my skin and not relaxing at all. This is the first time something like this happened for me.
