It was my first time at this location but I’ve used Ella Bache services and products regularly over the last few years. I had no problem using my spas.com.au gift card for a Hydrating facial. The salon rooms were exactly what I was used to and the aesthetician was knowledgeable and thorough. They communicated clearly throughout and provided a very relaxing experience with great results for my skin. Everything was clean and COVID safe and I felt very at ease with the staff and comfortable with the services. I booked another appointment.
