I have used other Ella Bacha salons before and it always strikes me how each is different. I would have thought there would be a standard set up, standard wax type used etc. Service is always fantastic though so I’m always happy to use :)

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and eyelash extensions. I have only had eyelash extensions once before from another Ella Bache and hated them. They were too long for my liking which irritated my eyes and clumpy in some areas so I was hesitant on getting them done again. I'm glad I tried out Ella Bache Fortitude Valley. Although I had to wait a little bit because they were running behind, I loved my service. They asked me what I wanted and the lady took extra care on my eyelashes to make them look as natural as possible (which is what I wanted). I can barely feel that they are on. Additionally, I have received so many compliments on my eyebrows and how they shape my face.

Maybe I didn't know how to explain myself but I was looking for a facial extraction, for my blackheads and some other pimple. And that this treatment had some mask or special care. Generally, extractions are very aggressive and there is nothing like a good post-treatment so that your skin recovers faster. I do not complain about the treatment received. Georgia is amazing. but it wasn't what I was looking for.

Mini facial was great - skin is looking lovely the following day. My only feedback (and this is consistent across all ella bache stores, not just this experience) is that the constant upsell during and after the treatment takes away from the relaxation - I understand if there are some products you recommend and if I had unlimited funds I'm sure I would purchase, but asking me to upgrade my facial mid treatment feels a bit like I'm being treated like I haven't spent enough to get a real experience.

Few items for feedback. When making a booking with a specific person, often I turn up and get someone else without any notice. I have had a few bad experiences at elle bache including wax in my hair and more often than not my face gets died when getting eyebrows done, which I cannot return to work with. Nor am I offered makeup when clearly my eyebrow skin is drier larger than my eyebrows and look horrendous ! .therefore its important as I only go there with a few people I trust- which is not many anymore. Many cut eyebrows without asking, some give a solid skin scrub after which is nice, but means the die lasts less than a week.... I would reccomend putting images or staff, not just names on the website. Only if you intend on ensuring the person you booked with is your beautician else there is not point anyway I've tried over and over; as generally elle bache is great but I've had enough of looking like a freak back at work with moustaches for eyebrows !!!
