Hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to. Abby was so attentive and caring. She made sure she sat down with me to understand what I wanted and meet me in the middle with what was possible. She was very honest with what she could achieve for me in this appointment and she explained this to me with so much care. Abby was able to instil trust in me which is something that is so important when someone is working with your hair. Abby was able to give me the exact colour I wanted and I am so happy with my hair. I will definitely be returning, not just for the result but also for the exceptional customer service I’ve received from Abby.
