Even though Pam was unavailable today, I was extremely happy with the lovely young girl who attended to me. I was well looked after and was listened to as to what I wanted. She gave me advice when I asked for it and she was just lovely so thankyou very much. Thanks also to Grace who helped out when things got a little hectic, her head massages are fabulous!
