Pamela is exceptional. Before my first appointment, I came in for a free consult to discuss what I am wanting to have done, share photos and she even did a test patch to ensure my hair was strong enough for what I’m after. Today, she clarified again exactly what I wanted and talked me through step by step the process she’ll be doing. I am blonde, and we all know blondes are fussy! I won’t lie in saying I was a little nervous coming up a new salon, but Pamela had come highly recommended. I’m glad I took the risk! She was so efficient, friendly and transparent the whole 7 hours I was at the salon today. She spoke to me about how best to care for my hair at home. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!
