I thought I had booked online (9am) however upon arrival my appointment wasn't in the system because I hadn't booked correctly. Which made me cry! The staff let me know a later appointment (2pm) was available which I took however they then called me back to let me know an earlier appointment had became available (1:30pm). I ended up being slightly late due to trying the manage the logistics of care for my 7 month old which the staff took into consideration when arranging my appointment and service. Joanne and other staff were very lovely, thoughtful and worked with me to arrange a suitable time when navigating baby life. I really appreciated the quality of service and consideration of Joanne and the staff. Thanks!!
