This morning's experience was indeed a 10 out 10. I was attended to by Jane (first time) and she was delightful. Friendly, welcoming, timely, interested, asked relevant questions before proceeding and checked with me during and after completion. I would be delighted to have Jane be my consultant any time and hope to be able to enjoy her service again. This is what I call customer service. Well done Balwyn!
