I always go to Ella Bache and am happy with the service. However, I was surprised and disappointed that at this time the beauty therapist was not wearing a mask. In fact no one in the salon was wearing a mask, no one asked me any questions regarding my health and no one asked me to use the provided hand sanitiser - there was no sign requesting customers do this. This is in stark contrast to the kind of care taken at for example the osteopath and massage clinic I've also recently visited. There the clinician put on a mask after the initial consultation, I was asked to use hand sanitiser as soon as I walked in and I was asked standard health questions and my temperature was taken. I think Ella Bache should be taking similar precautions.
