My facial with therapist was very relaxing in a calm and professional environment. My facial included a neck and shoulder massage by taking tension away I was ready to feel the full benefit of my facial. The facial was applied in an unhurried way and there was no hard sale to buy products after facial. But given information of products and other treatments available to suit my skin. Very happy with experience.
