I had booked an appointment with Zoe a few weeks ago. When I showed up for my facial on Saturday, 23 January, I was greeted by another beauty therapist. I asked if she was Zoe and she said her name was Emily. Emily was good, no problems there. However, as I scheduled my facial to fit in with Zoe's timetable, it would have been good if someone told me before hand that Zoe was not available and I would be seeing someone else.
