Due to the unexpected closure of this salon, it was a delightful pleasure to return. My facial was so relaxing with my skin coming out all the better for it. As for my pedicure, Sophie paid particular attention to detail with areas of dry skin especially around my big toe. The very friendly atmosphere I experienced was so welcome. Good luck!

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left everyone greeted me with a genuine smile. Felt very looked after and loved the warm massage bed!

Wonderful facial and massage…… Hit all of the right spots and my skin feels silky smooth and hydrated. Loved the environment, so cosy, warm and relaxed under the doona and on an electric blanket. Great all around experience…. I’ll definitely be back !!!

The facial itself was lovely but my treatment lasted under 40 minutes and I was charged for the hour. I also paid using a $100 gift voucher and not sure how I will be receiving the remaining amount left. I reached out to try and resolve this 48 hours ago, yet haven’t heard back just yet. Which I understand and was not expecting an instant reply just wanted to flag it elsewhere

As usual, I was greeted with a friendly welcome and in a timely manner. Service was as expected so absolutely can't fault Ella Bache Balwyn at all. I left with my eyebrows looking tinted and tidy. On an unrelated matter, this was of particular importance to me as it became necessary for me to return a product that had failed in quality. Emma did not hesitate to reimburse my account the full value of the product even though I had used it for four months out of a 12 month expectation. Now that's what I call customer service and satisfaction!! So it's a big yes as to the likelihood of me recommending this salon (which I have already done).
