I had Emma doing a Brazilian wax on me and she was lovely! Kept me distracted as well from the pain. Would recommend!

Due to the Covid pandemic I have missed being able to visit the Balwyn Ella Bache salon and so happy to be recently welcomed back in the usual warm and friendly manner. My first treat was to enjoy a pedicure that was a gift to me from my son. I liked the new sparkling colour so much, I went back a couple of days later to get my nails done to match my twinkle toes ready for New Year's Eve! I wish Emma and her team a very Happy New Year and thank Emma for the professional and friendly salon she has created. See you soon!

Both staff I dealt with seemed unaware of my requirements even though I have been a customer for a couple of years. I would have thought my current treatments and products would be on my file and reviewed prior to appointment. I think this would assist with treatments and changes required, also on product sales post appointment.
