Darcy took so much time and care transforming my feet during my pedicure. She paid particular attention to removing the very dry skin on my big toes explaining that it's a very common issue as well as smoothing the skin on my heels. Her skill in massaging my feet and calves made them feel energized and left my skin incredibly smooth. Darcy is very friendly and conversation flows easily. I have no hesitation in recommending her, hence my 10 out of 10 on all counts. Thanks Darcy!

Always a lovely facial and the products are second to none, I don’t like your paper Headbands they’re way too big and slip off, I’m used to having a small bowl to put my jewellery in. Not this time told To put it in the basket which is not very safe and no music …

I am very disappointed in my one and only service here. I came in for a waxing service and I feel as though the whole experience was rushed and it almost felt like I was inconveniencing them for having an appointment. The end result was horrible it was almost as if I hadn’t been waxed, and I could’ve even ask the lady to go back and fix it up properly because she had already ducked out of the room as soon as she ripped off the last wax strip and was getting ready for her next client. Not to mention how embarrassed I felt to ask to go over it all again. It was just a slap in the face at the end with being charged $150 for a service not up to standard what so ever. So would I ever come back if they were the last waxing place in the world or even simply recommend to anyone to go there…no

I had an appointment for a massage and exfoliation (1.5 hours). The therapist was lovely and did a great job but was coughing and blew her nose about 4 times within 20 minutes. I said that I felt uncomfortable as my wedding is a week away and didn't want to get sick, so would come back another time. I was charged $110 for a massage and not charged for the exfoliation but was in the appointment for less than half an hour. Not really enticing me to go back.
