The experience and quality of treatment were to a very high standard. However, I wish I was suggested the continuation of treatment or products to support the treatment I had. I live about 15km from the place and used a gift card, I felt that because of that I was treated as a “one time customer”. I would be happy to come back if a series of follow up treatments were presented for consideration. I wish I was a bit more “encouraged” to return. Anyway I recommend the place.

I didn't like how the woman who did my appointment was chewing gum.

The lady who did my treatment was excellent and very professional. The only disappointment is unlike other salons, when you book in for two hour treatment and you receive two hour treatment, all up including preparation and dressing time this was less than 1 and 3/4 hours.

Both staff I dealt with seemed unaware of my requirements even though I have been a customer for a couple of years. I would have thought my current treatments and products would be on my file and reviewed prior to appointment. I think this would assist with treatments and changes required, also on product sales post appointment.
