Haven’t received the full hour service. Facial took just 30 minutes. My facial was 110 and ended up paying extra 30 more for microdermabrasion for 5 minutes. Visible blackheads still on my face. Environment is impressive but not happy with what I went through. So disappointed. I think she fooled me because it was my first time here.

I have been going to EB for some years now. The reason I continue is because of the familiarity, however I feel it is expensive for what you receive. I value the accrued points and specials, hence continue to give patronage to the business.

Have been to this salon a few times and have had overall good experiences, yesterdays service felt a little odd with the staff member not engaging in conversation to get to know the client. I have been going in the lead up to my wedding for facials so have wanted to get specific treatments in preparation with this. In my first two trips i was told that they would customise my facial depending on my skin at the time to assist with improving before the wedding. On the second occasion i was convinced to purchase a package of 7 treatments, but that although the package was for one specific type they would happily offer other treatments in its place if necessary. Since purchasing the package there hasn't really been much discussion or looking at my skin before the treatments have commenced, and not but conversation about wedding planning. Yesterday's treatment the staff member did not engage in any conversation before starting the treatment, so the whole session i felt very awkward... She even removed my make up which was great, but did not ever wipe my eyes and eyelashes so i left with oily eyelashes that impacted my sight and went i rubbed them to remove the oil before driving my mascara went all over my eyes and i had to wash off the treatment she has just spent an hour putting on to be able to see...disappointed that i have put down a lot of money, with the discussion of the importance of prepping for my wedding and it feels like since buying the packages the personal touch has been lost. My appointment times also just randomly change by 15 minutes to suit the clinics needs, without telling me until i get my confirmation text messages a few days before.

Good atmosphere but salon appears to be quite rundown. Warm towels used during service were not warm at all and had strange, musky smell to them. Music could be barely heard so that created uncomfortable silence in treatment room. I booked a particular treatment because of description online, but not all parts of that treatment were completed. I wish I had been warned in advance as I would have chosen a different treatment instead. However, extremely friendly staff that made me feel comfortable and looked after.

I booked a two hour appointment with a specific person, however on arrival I was placed with someone else. This was not communicated to me. The appointment was for 2 hours, however I finished 30min early. The massage portion was just okay unfortunately. I did request a firm massage and it was quite light and didn’t target the areas i mentioned - lower back/neck (was very brief and seemed routine). The good level of firmness applied was only brief and the rest was a lot of just rubbing which didn’t really do much in terms of relieve pain/muscle tightness. The girl I had was lovely and explained things well, this review is no reflection on her - more what just seems to be standard practice at the spa. I did mention the level of firmness once, however I expected the treatment to go on for longer and improve. Perhaps it was because the treatments were combined? But either way 30min early seems a bit much. For the cost ($185) of what ended up being ~70min in the room I didn’t find it to be particularly good. In my opinion it would also be good to invest in some softer towels without a pattern as the ones you have are quite hard and leave a very noticeable skin imprint when you get up, which isn’t ideal for when you leave.

Lovely girl, she did express her regular treatment work was with skin. Maybe not ideal for waxing....... one of the more messy and painfull waxing tretments i have had.
