I absolutely love Snez as my therapist and have repeatedly returned to her for all manner of services over many years. However, I’m pushed to write a review because of the overall poor environment of the salon. Snez gave her usual caring and professional advice but behind the scenes, the news was on the radio, then changed to crackling, then inaudible music which left the background of the dryer and people talking at high volume in the salon and one employee on a very loud personal call. This would not be tolerated in any work environment, much less when customers are trying to relax and de-stress. When I attempted to pay with my Ella Bache gift card, I was informed to call a number to find out the balance. It is completely illogical that an Ella Baché salon cannot check a gift card balance on its own system. Very unfortunate experience undermining the lovely, consistent efforts of Snez.
