I booked in for a 60min full body massage that was very sub par. My back was almost burnt with how hot the towel was when put on my pack to wash off the oil and the massage itself felt like absolutely nothing. There was no deep tissue massage (just some room temp oil put on me and light pressure with no technique) and the area in which I requested be focused on was not massaged at all. Quite disappointed and will never come back to get a massage at Ella Bache again.
