I always like to provide positive feedback, however although the masseuse was very lovely & did a pretty good massage, unfortunately the surroundings & environment were not exactly exceptional, & I would probably not have commented if I hadn’t been asked to complete this survey. The room was pretty cold, & each time I was exposed for the massage the only part of me that was warm was where the stone was at that time. The text I was sent with the offer stated “warm up with a hot stone massage “. And the stones were either red hot or rather tepid. But worse than that was hearing the washing up, microwave etc in the kitchen. I could hear it perfectly, certainly not ultimate relaxation. It’s a shame as i was rather looking forward to the treatment.

This was my 1st time going here. Everything and my beautician were of high standard. Very welcoming and informative. I always thought your brand was for a certain type of customer and felt intimidated to approach. But the girls were friendly and put me to ease.
