Thank you to Ella Bache and your Therapist (Kristy) in Cleveland. It was a lovely relaxing experience and I commend Kristy for her professionalism and care in carrying out my facial service. Her hands were strong and firm but soft and the massages left my skin feeling clean and fresh, soft and smooth and I do declare even looking even a wee bit younger. Many thanks Shirley
