I was not really impressed with my high bikini wax. Area was not checked to see if even - it was uneven. Wax got stuck onto underwear garment and on skin. Top part of bikini line not completed. Further training required for person who completed wax.

Although I had a gift certificate, the overall appointment cost me quite a bit more. The continual up selling without offering a cost for treatment was very irritating. Then after the treatment feeling like they then wanted to hard sell the products they used!

I always like to provide positive feedback, however although the masseuse was very lovely & did a pretty good massage, unfortunately the surroundings & environment were not exactly exceptional, & I would probably not have commented if I hadn’t been asked to complete this survey. The room was pretty cold, & each time I was exposed for the massage the only part of me that was warm was where the stone was at that time. The text I was sent with the offer stated “warm up with a hot stone massage “. And the stones were either red hot or rather tepid. But worse than that was hearing the washing up, microwave etc in the kitchen. I could hear it perfectly, certainly not ultimate relaxation. It’s a shame as i was rather looking forward to the treatment.

I had an amazing massage, the lady doing my massage was kind and thoughtful and very good. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and I could hear phones, doors and people talking loudly for extended periods. This spoiled the relaxation. I work public health and need to relax in quiet surroundings. If that gorgeous lady was able to work in a quieter environment I would be back time and again.

this visit was quite disappointing compared to previous visits. I did not feel the massage was a massage, more a rub even for a relaxation massage. One of the services was nearly forgotten and I had to remind them at the end of the session. For the price paid did not feel like it was value for money.

This is my second visit to the Cleveland location and unfortunately I am not very impressed. I usually go to the Carindale Salon and have always been quite happy with them. There is a very clear and noticeable difference in the two Salons, Carindale is fresher, cleaner, more modern and just feels like a proper luxurious salon experience, in Cleveland the Salon is dated, dirty, cramped and honestly feels like a cheaper and less luxurious experience, even though the prices are the same at both salons. As a client a lot of time is spent looking at the ceiling, which in the Cleveland salon leaves quite a bit to be desired, with dust, stains etc. making in feel anything but luxurious. Having to pay the same price for a service when having such a less experience is not something I am willing to do again. It might be something you want to consider reviewing to ensure the salon reputation does not suffer. I will note that the lovely lady that performed my service was lovely and professional, no issues with that.
