Appointments are always on time, staff are warm and friendly, they provide professional service and product advice. The salon is a clean, relaxing environment that puts customers first. I have been going to Ella Bache Cleveland for over 12 months. My daughter recommended you to me and I won’t go anywhere else now to have brow shaping, tinting and eyelash tinting. I have very sensitive eyes and skin, since I’ve been going to Ella Bach I have never received waxing rash or burning eyes at you salon, staff are always very careful to meet my individual needs.
