I came to Ella Baché for advice after I found my skin becoming dry. I’ve never really been someone who has known much about skincare, admittedly not even with sunscreen; but I found coming to Ella Baché to be the best thing I could’ve ever done. I didn’t know what to expect being my first time and I was a little embarrassed by my limited knowledge and care for my skin but I never felt judged or ashamed by anyone there. Brooke made me feel comfortable and is an amazing source of knowledge. Any question I asked her she was able to answer and give me advice for. Her recommendations for skincare products to rejuvenate my skin has done me wonders too! Thanks to Brooke I’m confident I’m finally doing the right thing by my skin and I look forward to returning. Also, my first facial was with Brooke too and it was magnificent! You know where I’ll be next pay 😜

The Ella Bache facial and massage is the best. My skin feels 20 years younger, hydrated and silky smooth. Kim at the Cleveland salon is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. When I visit the Cleveland salon for my facial or any treatment I always leave wanting to go back as soon as I can.
