I just wanted to write to explain how pleased I am with the service I receive at Ella Bache Cleveland and from the manager, Ola. I have been coming to Ella Bache Cleveland regularly for a year. I had tried several local beauty salons before coming to Ella Bache Cleveland. The difference at Ella Bache Cleveland is that Ola and the other staff make each customer feel valued and important. Ola is very professional and treats all customer and staff with respect and kindness. She always interacts with the other staff in a professional, encouraging and motivating way, which is nice to see as a customer. While doing my eyebrows she will speak about how she thinks about work and the staff even when she is not at work. Ola clearly cares about the salon and the other staff. The salon is always clean and neat, and all of the staff work with diligence and enthusiasm. It is for this reason that I am so pleased with Ella Bache Cleveland and feel like I am getting excellent value for money.
