Overall I was very happy with the experience and the way my eyelash extensions look. I do however think it was quite pricey that the price of removing old eyelashes is $35. Considering this took only around 5 minutes I do believe it should be included in the price of the lashes. It is more likely I would come back if it was included (especially if Ella Bache had done the previous extensions). The lady that looked after me was very lovely, very professional and offered great advice.

The girls were lovely, I was getting waxed which can be very invasive and uncomfortable, but I felt so comfortable and was well looked after. AMAZING!
