1. I booked online and I kept getting reminders of my appointment, which is fine, but on the day of the appointment I received 3 messages - one confirming my original appointment, then one changing it to a half hour earlier. I rushed to get there, then, as I arrived I received another message saying that my appointment was then put back 15 minutes closer to my original time and I had to wait around. This is very frustrating, especially happening on the day of the appointment. 2. I booked online, and in the past I have booked a lash lift and colour, but there was no option this time to add in colour (maybe you don't offer that any more, but if you do, it should be an option online). 3. Sometimes when I go to have a lash lift I am given a hand massage while waiting for the perm treatment. This is really nice and a good way to fill in that time, but it does not happen very often. It is inconsistent. It would be good if this was made into a consistent part of the service. It would enhance the experience. 4. Lastly, overall I am quite happy with the outcome of the lash lift. I had Am. She was very good in that she explained the steps to me ahead of time, and while she was doing it, so I knew what was happening and what to expect next and how long I would be waiting for the treatment to take effect etc. I liked knowing what was happening and when. Thank you.
