We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.

I enjoyed the experience. However I did not appreciate when the beautician laughed at me when I told her the products I use for my skin. And she asked me "are you serious"?! It made me feel uncomfortable. I would have preferred advice and education re products rather than made to feel inadequate.

Have always enjoyed my appointments at Hampton, but today was disappointing. The lady that did my eye lashes didnt even introduce herself, have no idea of her name. She sat in the room waiting for the lash tint I think filing her nails?? Didnt talk to me, was so awkward. Have always been offered a hand massage, not this time. She obviously wasnt aware that is what is normally offered, but just felt awkard with her sitting there not saying anything. The lash tint wasnt normal quality either, bit smudged. I would still come back, however definetly not with that staff.
