The young girl doing my lashes, whilst trying very hard to do the right thing, scrubbed the dye off without enough water, allowing the dye into my eyes, by opening the gap between the upper and lower lids, instead of bathing gently with lots of water. She also didn’t hold the dish in the correct spot so I had drips all down my ear/ hair. Also, she was very irritating with her use of language to keep me informed of which side she was “ coming in” from etc. so repetitive and unnecessary. I realise she’s obviously been trained to let the customer know what she’s doing, but this was over the top. I have to add that I seldom complain, but I do feel justified as I thought it s negative for your business. Warm regards

Unfortunately this was a second appointment as my first facial appointment booking wasa big muck up. Being a client of Ella bache for many years I requested I be booked with someone in particular next time and they promised I would be. I felt assured. The day I went in for the review service I was not booked in with that person, I had to wait and I wasn't at all relaxed during a very long facial.

The team was running more than 10 minutes late to my 30-minute appointment. I said I needed to leave in 15 minutes as I had something immediately after (I booked the last appointment of the day so thought it was reasonable to assume the treatment would finish at it's scheduled time given that it was closing time), hoping the therapist would discuss other options, for example, not having tint, rescheudling, etc. I was told that if I had to leave at a certain time I should have advised of that when I got there. I was also advised I'd be out in 10 minutes as it's a quick treatment. I queried that it said 30 mins online. When taking the tint off, I was told it would be a light tint because I needed to leave early. I got out of the appointment 7 minutes after I said I needed to leave which doesn't sound like a big deal but for me yesterday, it was. Looking at my treatment in the light of day, several parts have been missed, not parts we discussed or agreed but parts where there is a whole chunk on hair that's quite visible. I feel really disappointed about the whole experience and outcome.

I would have loved to be told to bring open toe shoes. I arrived on the day and Larissa informed me that it is likely that my nail polish may rub, which is very disappointing. The reason I didn’t bring open toed shoes is because I assumed as I was paying $80 I would have at least be getting shellac. Half way through my service larrisa asked me if I was getting my toes done for a special occasion, where I said yes for the following week as this was the only time I could get in with my schedule , she then advised “oh well we should have done shellac , as this probably won’t last a week”. Unsure why I wasn’t offered shellac from the beginning or why I am paying $80 for something that apparently does not last a week. Overall, very average service. Instesd of showing me all colours that I could choice from , I was told to pick a colour and then they would show me the colours they had. I picked red. I was only given 5 options where I said I didn’t like any of them, instead of going and getting more options she said I’ll look and see if there’s more and came back empty handed. Very disappointed. Most places have a nail board or allow you to choice. I shouldn’t have had to pick a primary colour and go from there. I picked red bevwuse I was under pressure and had no choice. If I got the option to look I could have picked something else.

I have been coming to get my legs and eye brows waxed for many years. I always come in my lunch break from work so the time slot is important. I was rung the day prior saying my beautician was unwell and tried to cancel my appointment. I had made the booking 6 weeks prior. My appointment time was changed to earlier, so I had to rush from work. Then they suggested just getting my eyebrows. But the legs was far more important to me. The music was too load and not relaxing. They were running out of time, so a second staff came in to help speed up things, so I had 2 people ripping at the same leg at once. Very unpleasant. As a result many parts were missed and lots of hair remained. On a number of occasions they ripped at sheet and the hair remained and yanked at my skin. The 2nd staff then left. Then there were 2 more knocking interruptions. Then she came in and abruptly wrapped it up even tho patches of the legs were still hairy/missed and my eye brows had not been done. I’m not sure why somebody else’s appointment was more important than mine. I refused to pay the full amount for a terrible service. So I only payed for half leg. Still a rip off for atrocious experience. The beautician were polite, pleasant. After many years of coming I’m sad to see the business taken over and butchered and losing all the good experienced staff and employing young, slow, inexperienced staff.
