Taya is a true credit to you organisation. Not only is the service exemplary but she is friendly, articulate and professional. Also the lady/manager on reception is ALWAYS friendly and welcoming (sorry I don’t know her name!) 😊

I did enjoy my full body massage, I was surprised at the price though. I guess it was my own fault as I'd rung another salon and asked the price and was told it was $95 for a one hour. I then decided to call the Pacific fair salon to see if I could get in that afternoon which they did, but I didn't check the price. Assuming all Ella Bache salons charged the same price, however the same service was $110 at Pacific Fair.

Thank you, it was my first Brazilian wax and I was sooo nervous to the point of wanting to cancel but the lady who did it for me was so kind and reassuring, I felt comfortable and even though it hurt; I’m happy I did it 😂

My experience with Ella Bache' Pacific Fair was absolutely fantastic. The booking process was simple with a text to confirm 24 hours prior to the visit. The team on arrival were very friendly and welcoming. My Rejuvenation Package included a Facial followed by a one hour massage and the experience was impeccable. The Therapist was so caring in her approach to both the massage and facial and was an absolute professional in her field. I left feeling on cloud 9 and can't wait to return. Thank you so much!
