Our philosophy of personalised skin care has been with us from the very beginning.
We were created by Madame Baché in Paris, 1936, a revolutionary cosmetic chemist who believed just as we are genetically different, the same holds true of our skin.
Her immense passion for skin care has laid the foundations for who we are today.

My actual beauty therapist Kelly was so lovely, professional and warm. But I have to say when I first arrived at 9.00am for my 9.15am appointment the blonde/light brown hair tall lady at the front counter was unnecessarily rude and abrupt. I arrived earlier than my appointment as most places these days with covid need you fill in paperwork or check in details since covid and i didn’t want to turn up right on my appointment time and then have them run late for appointments for the rest of the day. Her response with a roll of her eyes “it’s only 9.00am (like as if I am unable to tell the time) there are many more before you”. I think a “great thanks still a little early if you want to come back in about 10 “ would have been sufficient. As it was when I did return they did require me to fill in a form. It’s such a shame that first impression was so rude and abrupt, I actually left and spent the 15 mins trying to get an appointment at other places nearby and if I had of been able to get one that morning, I would have gladly accepted and taken my business elsewhere.
