I always receive great service from the girls in Port Macquarie. I feel that the entrance to the shop and the treatment rooms could do with an upgrade. I can't remember what the facial rooms are like.

The overall experience was good, but the wax left me with a large red bruise/mark and was pretty painful. I couldn't see it from where I lay and discovered it later as it was sore. Would have been nice if it was acknowledged and given something to soother it. Girl was lovely but just that one thing.
