Sima and the girls are always professional yet friendly and it is a pleasure to come here. I have been coming here for about a year, without any dramas or any negative experiences. The staff don't try to force products down your throat- if you need something, they will certainly help you to find the right product though. The salon always looks clean and it smells great. Sima (the boss) never yells at her staff and she never seems angry like some bosses. I have never had a booking mix up and everything always seems to run smoothly. Even after a long day, the girls never seem like they're just waiting to get rid of you- they spend all the time needed to ensure that they get every little hair that they can see so that you're happy (for the electrolysis treatment). I have never suffered any unnecessary pain and all of the girls are very competent. The girls treat every customer with respect and I highly recommend this place to anyone. The only negative thing that I can think of (not an issue for me at all but some people would complain about it) is that on occasion if the staff are behind, there may be a 10 minute delay, maximum, but this is nothing- I had to try hard to think of something negative so that I can give an unbiased opinion:) overall, it has been a great experience coming here and I'll have to try a facial treatment here some time!
